Rachel has a great eye for detail and keeps here clients in the front of her thoughts while maintaining a positive attitude. The positive attitude was super helpful in such a competitive and stressful market! My wife and I really appreciated her kindness and patience during phone calls where we debated one option versus another or sent her a listing or text late at night! She’s very good at listening to wish-list items and noticing what features of a house click for someone. I quickly noticed all of the listings she sent my wife and I were tailored to either what we were looking for or were houses that had something appealing we had not considered. During the buying process she quickly put together an inspection for us and even more quickly put together a supplementary inspection!
